Chelsea Cook

Chelsea Cook, Director of Education at Rhode Island Youth Theatre, is an accomplished playwright with a specialization in youth theatre. With extensive experience directing and producing student theatre productions throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts, Chelsea has demonstrated a passion for nurturing young talent. Previously serving as the Associate Creative Director of Education at White Heron Theatre Company in Nantucket, MA, she played a pivotal role in fostering creativity and theatrical excellence. Chelsea's commitment to youth theatre was recognized when her production of The Wiz earned the NETC Moss Hart Award for Best Youth Production in 2013.
