What is Technical Theatre?
Technical theatre is the art of making the magic happen behind the curtain. From setting the mood with lights, to perfecting sound cues, building sets, and managing the entire production, tech theatre is where creativity meets problem-solving. It’s how we turn ideas into unforgettable stage experiences. Without tech, the magic on stage wouldn’t be possible!
Current Class Offerings
Step behind the scenes and discover what it takes to bring a show to life! In this hands-on class, students will learn the essential technical theatre skills used in real productions, including lighting, sound, stage management, set design, and props!
Grades: 6th-12th
Price: $300 one time fee
Day: Tuesdays
